Description

The requirement of this position is as follows: • Should be a graduate from a respectable university with B.Sc. in Civil Engineering. • Candidate should have field experience in construction of industrial projects , minimum 10 years. • Conversant with US, European and Japanese Construction codes. • Able to do preliminary designs and quantity surveying. • Conversant in computer operations and systems for scheduling and pricing concept. • Be able to prepare specific bid inquiry, packages to get quotations and to be able to evaluate and check such information, when received from Suppliers/ Subcontractors choose the best suitable • To be able to work as a team member. • Preferably with previous experience in the Gulf countries, and to be familiar with material and labor costs in the Gulf area and with the man-hour/materials pricing concept. • Language skills: good in English and Arabic
